About WelloHQ
WelloHQ is a digital product business operated by Anton Vermaak, based in New Zealand. We sell pre-built AI operating systems, prompt libraries, and business workflow templates for wellness coaches. All products are delivered digitally — there is no physical shipping.
Products and delivery
All WelloHQ products are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email with access to your purchased content. Delivery is instant — typically within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor.
- Products are delivered via a secure digital link to your email address.
- You are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout.
- If you do not receive your delivery within 30 minutes, contact us at admin@wellohq.ai.
Pricing and payments
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollars) and are one-time payments — there are no recurring charges or subscriptions. Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. WelloHQ never stores your payment card details.
For customers in New Zealand and Australia, Lemon Squeezy automatically calculates and collects applicable GST at checkout. The price shown at checkout is the final price you pay.
Refund policy
14-day money-back guarantee. If you have set up the system, genuinely used the prompts, and feel the product was not worth your investment, email us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No lengthy forms or interrogations — just email admin@wellohq.ai with your order number.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. After 14 days, all sales are final.
Licence and permitted use
When you purchase a WelloHQ product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own coaching business. This means you can:
- Use and customise all templates, prompts, and workflows for your own business.
- Share output you create using WelloHQ prompts with your own clients.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share the WelloHQ system or its files with others.
- Claim WelloHQ content as your own original creation.
- Use WelloHQ content to create or sell competing products or templates.
Intellectual property
All WelloHQ content — including prompt frameworks, template structures, workflow designs, and written copy — is the intellectual property of Anton Vermaak / WelloHQ. Purchasing a product grants you the personal use licence described above; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Disclaimer
WelloHQ products are tools to support your business. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or client growth. Your results depend on how you use the system, your market, and your own effort. The templates and prompts are provided as practical starting points — adapt them to your voice, niche, and audience.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, WelloHQ's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved under New Zealand jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always published at wellohq.ai/terms with the date of last update. Continued use of our products after an update means you accept the revised terms.
